Hi Lindsey 👋! Always good to see you ❤. Place the avocados in a brown paper bag. Once they ripen to the point that you prefer, move them to the fridge for longer life. Works every time. It may take a few days to ripen in the bag but they will ripen. Enjoy!

I never been to Costco. I wonder how good that store is.

On the avocados try popping the stem off. Avocados dont ripen while on the tree. One way to extend shelf life is by leaving the little stub attached. Once that is removed it signals to the plant to stop growing. Even when they fall off the tree they don’t ripen until they stop getting nutrients from tree and start to shrivel up from lack of water and stem pops out. Hope it helps.
